Sagrada Familia Dress Code
What to Wear and Not to Wear?

The Sagrada Família, designed by Antoni Gaudí, is Barcelona's most famous landmark and a functioning Catholic basilica. Because it’s a place of worship, visitors are expected to follow a modest dress code.
Security checks clothing at the entrance, so plan your outfit in advance to avoid being turned away.
Why is There a Dress Code at Sagrada Familia?
As one of Spain’s largest Catholic churches, the Sagrada Familia holds great spiritual importance. Visitors are expected to dress modestly to maintain the sacred atmosphere of the basilica. The dress code is strictly enforced, so it’s important to plan your outfit in advance to avoid being turned away at the entrance.
